Clean, comfortable Family Rooms can sleep four guests. Every room at the hotel features a television, private bathroom, heating and air conditioning. A complimentary American breakfast is served every morning complete with fresh squeezed orange juice. The onsite restaurant serves authentic Peruvian cuisine. The front desk will assist guests with arranging tours of the floating reed islands, fishing excursions or windsurfing lessons. Families will love exploring the area on rented bicycles.

Didn't have our room

We arrive around 7:30 at night after taking a taxi here only to be told they didn't have our reservation. I showed them our confirmation email, the email that had our payment information and they said they didn't have it. Not only did they not have it... they had no rooms. Stunned we asked what they were going to do and they said basically nothing. Too bad. They didn't even call any other hotels for us to see where may have a room and said it was our fault. We got to walk around Puno with our bags for an hour trying to find a hotel at night during a busy week. Make sure you don't book online and pay online, but even better yet, don't book here at all! And don't expect any help from the staff when they make a mistake with your booking :(

Dirty and noisy old hotel. Good location and service.

Old noisy and dirty hotel. Needs to be refurbished as soon as possible. I stayed there just because its location, a 5 minute walk from the train station. 10 minute walk to plaza de armas. Service personnel nice and helpful. Good point: cheap.
