This boutique hotel in the heart of Midtown provides an upscale Asian flair to Park Avenue. Guest rooms range from 305 to 413 square feet with a king bed or two full-sized beds and views of Park Avenue or the Empire State Building. Suites provide more space, with Townhouse Suites providing a split-level layout with separate living and sleeping area. Executive suites provide truly separated bedrooms. Onsite dining is available at Hakubai, serving the ancient Japanese cuisine of the same name. JAZZ at Kitano is the hotel’s breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant, featuring, yes! live music throughout the week.

Excellent hotel

Excellent service, staff was very courteous and thoughtful, took great care of us. Central location walking distance to Broadway, Empire State Building, many great restaurants. Comfortable, clean room with enough space to enjoy being there. Delicious room service.

Very pleasant stay at this property

We had a very nice stay at the Kitano. We went to the city for our anniversary and decided to stay over night here. Check in is at 3 but we got there at 130 and were turned away at first but the manager called me over and gave us a room. I thought that was extremely wonderful and professional of him. He was very kind and was all about making us happy. The room is ok. The room had a cool view and was pretty clean. I am fanatical about cleanliness. I did find a couple of things that were missed but most hotels do. The toilet seat was really cool along with the heated towel rack. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable as well. We had a nice stay here and were happy with our choice.
