This is a chain hotel that I have registered for a long time. It is also one of my favorite hotels. It has a flat with a kitchen. The receptionist is very warm and the service is very good.

这是我长期注册的连锁酒店，也是我的最爱酒店之一，有带厨房的单元房，房间大干净，很方便，有新装修，更漂亮了。前台接待很热情，提供服务很好。

Poor service

Front desk service is very very poor. We booked this hotel because it's pet friendly, but at the end they don't allow you to leave your dog at hotel. I wouldn't book this hotel if I knew this is their policy. What's worse is their front desk lady seems very inpatient, and unfriendly to our dog. overall, I don't enjoy my stay at this place.
