I had already stayed at this hotel another time. But this time has changed a lot. The rooms are still great, spacious and clean, but the service was poor. Right at the front desk while checking in the attendant barely looked at our face, she was thick and careless; Concegerie was no different, the three times we went to ask for information, we were treated with carelessness, disdain and arrogance and could not make any restaurant reservations with them because they simply said they had no information about that restaurant !! Another problem were the elevators. The hotel is quite large and there were only two working elevators which meant a long wait, especially when you wanted to get down (I was on the 15th floor !!)

It’s always great to be welcomed back , I travel to NYC frequently , I am always thrilled to be met by my favourite door man Carmelo . But I need to make a call out for an individual who works the front desk . His name is Saleem and nothing is a problem he goes out of his way to always make it easy.
He is kind , professional and always remembers my preferences and needs.
I appreciate these wonderful gentleman they see thousands of customers but still remember me each time I stay here .
