A boutique property near Kensington Gardens, the Park Grand provides guests with comfortable and modern rooms and decor. For families, Deluxe Doubles are the largest room offerings, which is to be expected of a traditional European hotel. Most families need to spread out across multiple rooms including singles. Bathrooms are outfitted only with standup showers and no tubs, making it hard to take care of little ones. For these reasons, this property is best-suited for families with older children, such as teens, who can manage their own rooms. However, for families who are looking to stay at the Park Grand, amenities include complimentary Internet and breakfast daily. The hotel offers onsite dining at the Craven Lounge, which provides a traditional Afternoon Tea daily.

We stayed here in a club room for two nights. The rooms are comfortable, if small and the bed was really great. The breakfast was excellent. The main selling point were the staff, they really couldn’t do enough to help in any area. It is also in a great location; close to the centre of London and transport links but also nice and quiet.
The one down side is the hotel trying to sell a small room with a couple of settees and a TV as a club lounge. Nothing is set out you have to go and bother the staff elsewhere to get a cup of coffee. Come on guys, you can do better than this, surely.
Rooms here are excellent. The staff here are very helpful and polite especially Kanisha and Alexandra. All in all everything is fantastic and we had a great stay.We definitely will be back again upon our next visit
