This place in Old Town has been around almost as long as the Shepherd of the Hills himself, and is one place you’ll be sure to find the locals. It’s just simple good food all made from scratch, including chicken and dumplings and a killer blackberry cobbler. Kids portions of many entrees are available, but the hamburgers and fried chicken dinner should satisfy the pickiest of eaters, even if there’s nothing “entertaining” about their surroundings.
