We like this brand a lot, so when we saw this one was close to the glass museum and Iron Fist Brewing, we were happy. But when we checked in (after good service from the front desk), our room was dated, shabby and dirty. Dirty bathroom floor (hair and who knows what) and carpet, mildew on bathroom fixtures, bedskirt badly wrinkled and askew, an overwhelming amount of acrid air freshener that persisted throughout the day and night. When I tried to straighten a crooked lampshade, the dust was so thick it looked liked snow on the bedside table. The breakfast was ok and the attendant was better than most at keeping tables clean. Being able to walk to the glass museum is great, but we will stay somewhere else next time.

Beautiful great room, good gym with free laundry. Suites are designed for longer stays. Staff were all great, helpful in solving some minor room issues.

Highway noise for the rooms that are facing the highway starts early in the morning.
