When they’re not at nearby Holiday Valley Ski Area, guests of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Olean will enjoy complimentary breakfast, complimentary Wi-Fi, a small fitness center and an indoor swimming pool — all at an affordable price.

Guestrooms have one king or two queen beds, while one-bedroom suites with two queen beds and a sofa bed can accommodate up to six guests. One-bedroom suites with one king bed and a sofa bed are also available for families of four. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. All rooms have mini-fridges and microwaves.

Parking is free.

Old property in need of some updates. But clean and pleasant staff. Quiet. Near the sites (such as they are in Olean). No complaints at all. The room was larger than expected - more like embassy suites. Pleasant surprise. Appetizers and cookies on arrival. Just a great experience that makes me think I should give Marriott properties another try.

Great place to overnight

We stopped by to take an overnight break on the way to another destination. The room was clean and a good size. Reception staff member was really friendly and helpful. The kids tried out the pool which was fun. We also did some washing. Another washing machine would be good.
