Located at the Sibonne Beach Hotel on Grace Bay, Bay Bistro is one of the few restaurants on the beach that is more enclosed than its casual neighbors, and one of the more popular restaurants on the island. Weekend brunches are island favorites, and the restaurant serves a fresh Caribbean selection of seafood, including its famed Conch Crepes.
